Chocolate Pudding Fruit

Hey Cake Pops! I had such a fantastic experience trying Chocolate Pudding Fruit with you guys for the first time on my YouTube channel. It was something I have been wanting to try for a few years now, and since I am currently residing in beautiful Australia, I had the pleasure to trying this unusual and interesting fruit recently. I also, turned it into a spur of the moment, insanely easy raw vegan Chocolate Pudding Fruit recipe for those of you who are looking for a chocolate pudding without any fat, nuts, dairy, etc. 

Chocolate Pudding Fruit does not taste like chocolate, but it looks like chocolate and has this divine texture of a chocolate mousse. It’s pretty insane to be honest. So with a couple of natural ingredients, I transformed this fruit into a decadent tasting, light and healthy dessert. 

You can use any sweetener you’d like for this recipe. I happened to have natural maple syrup on hand so that’s what I used. A little cinnamon or coffee enhances the flavor of cocoa or cacao, and a touch of vanilla mellows everything out. I sincerely hope you enjoy this inspiring recipe.

Ingredients
  1. 2 Cups Chocolate Pudding Fruit
  2. 1 tsp Maple Syrup or natural sweetener of your choice
  3. 1/2 TBSP Cacao Powder
  4. 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  5. 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  6. 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Gently combine all ingredients and serve immediately or chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Eat within 3 days.
