I had this up on my old blog which I’ve since taken down, but thought I’d post some info here about one of my favorite liquid eyeliners by Dolly Wink since I recently reviewed some of their false lashes. Now that I’m in my 30’s I tend to steer more toward brown liquid liner since it lifts your face up a little instead of weighting it down, but Dolly Wink’s Deep Black liner formula is so light weight that it doesn’t make my eyes look for feel heavy. I hate caked on liner that flakes off and have not had that experience with Dolly Wink.
I remember once taking Michelle Phan’s advice and purchasing Lancome’s art liner which was around $40.00 and was so disappointed. The felt tip was flimsy on Lancome’s art liner and the product itself was pretty heavy. Sorry Michelle, you’re awesome but that liner was horrible! Dolly Wink liquid liners are about $16.00 each at my local Japanese shops and under $15.0o on Amazon. The felt tip is flexible but not flimsy and it’s definitely not stiff like other liners I’ve tried (usually cheaper ones from Japan).
I’ve been such a fan of this product that I continue to use it and have yet found a better liner for this price. Even Chanel’s liquid liner which I liked a lot is so heavy and cakey. I prefer a light makeup application. Remember, I’m in my 30’s and am trying to reverse time not speed it up haha!
